MINDFULNESS WITH HELEN WHATMORE

A little room
to breathe.

You don’t have to put life on hold to find a little stillness. Let’s make space for it, together.

You give so much.
This is a little space for you.

Between the things we do and the people we care for, it can be easy to lose touch with ourselves. Mindfulness invites us to pause, notice this moment, and meet it with a little kindness.

There’s no perfect way to begin. Just a willingness to take a moment.

Small beginnings.
Room to grow.

Join others, make time for yourself, or bring mindfulness to your group.

A VERY PERSONAL BEGINNING

I wanted to share
what had helped me.

Mindfulness became part of my life when I was a full-time carer for my mum. It supported me through low mood and helped me find happiness and balance alongside caring.

That experience led me to train as a mindfulness teacher. Today, I bring both my training and my lived experience to the spaces we share.

A little more about Helen

A cup of tea.
A gentle breath.
A fresh perspective.

In a weekly class, we explore a mindful technique, follow a guided journey, slow down with tea meditation, and finish with a full body scan relaxation.
